Description
When airflow, symmetry, and scale all matter, the Two Double Hung Windows with Centre Fixed Lite Over Three Lowlites delivers a confident solution for wider openings. This large window layout suits homes that want structure at the top and stability at the bottom, without cluttering the view.
The top section places two operable sashes on either side of a tall fixed centre pane. Each double hung sash window opens smoothly, giving you control over airflow from either side. Below, three lowlites create a solid visual base and keep sightlines clean. The result feels balanced and deliberate. It works especially well in living rooms with limited light and in bedrooms where airflow needs to remain adjustable.
This configuration suits a large window opening and helps pull natural light deeper into the room. Fixed glass does the heavy lifting visually, while the opening sashes handle daily comfort. As with modern double hung windows, this layout offers flexibility without overcomplicating the design. Custom window sizes and colours are also available on request to accommodate unique layouts and design preferences.
Built for Western Australian conditions, these aluminium windows are a smart choice for homeowners seeking durability and ease of use. If you’re buying doors and windows for your new home or renovation, this configuration works well in both modern and traditional homes.
