All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Online Shopping Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Online Shopping Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion.
This website is owned and operated by Dodd & Dodd Pty Ltd trading as Ross’s Discounts & Salvage (Ross’s). All orders and purchases made through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions.
Ross’s may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars and all charges will be processed in Australian dollars including GST.
All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. Ross’s will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order.
Ross’s reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase. Ross’s will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, Ross’s will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery Ross’s will notify its customers within 5 business days.
Goods will be shipped via courier. Once Payment has been received and processed, goods will be shipped, please allow 7-10 business days
Ross’s will deliver to addresses within Australia only. Goods will not be shipped internationally.
Delivery area to be determined with postcode during checkout. Please Note that our delivery service is a simple door to door service. Our Drivers are not permitted or insured to deliver goods inside a premises.
Should you require a removal company to deliver your goods please contact us prior to your purchase so this can be arranged.
You can request a specific delivery day which we will endeavor to meet, however depending on location this time may need to be adjusted.
If there is an issue with delivery time frames one of our friendly staff will contact you after receiving your order.
Ground floor delivery only. Charges will apply for deliveries required above ground floor using stairs or lifts.
Customers must be available to receive the delivery and sign delivery docket at all times on the day of delivery.
We can normally give you a time within a 3 hour period for delivery however we cannot guarantee that your delivery will fit into the expected time slot.
If the client is not available on the confirmed delivery date extra charges may apply.
Deliveries can be selected during the secure checkout process. Please let us know at time of order if there are any access restrictions or special needs, which must be considered to ensure a successful delivery.
Our delivery vehicles can be large. Please check that they can gain safe and ample access to or immediately adjacent to the delivery address.
Tile orders will be delivered on pallets, they are unloaded with a tail lift and will be dropped off to the safest and closest location to your property that has clear access. We cannot deliver tiles to areas without hardstand.
If your order is oversized or outside Perth Western Australia metropolitan area, it will be priced on application. Quotes on deliveries outside the Perth metropolitan area can be made by email to email@example.com, by requesting a quote once your order is complete via the secure checkout or by completing the contact form below.
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or phone (08) 9378 2233 within 5 working days from receipt of goods. One of our friendly staff will arrange to have the damaged item returned to us and a replacement will be dispatched as soon as possible. Should a replacement not be available, you will be entitled to a refund on the item. Damaged goods must be returned in the same condition as when received by you with all original packaging.
All deliveries are made weekdays between 9.00am and 4.00pm
Ross’s is committed to complying with Australian Commonwealth legislation (http://www.privacy.gov.au/) governing privacy of personal information by businesses. Ross’s is committed to the security of all information associated with our customers. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal information under our control. Any personal information you provide will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to any third party mailing lists. Security Credit card payments are secured using 128-bit SSL encryption. This ensures all credit card details you send to us via the internet will be encrypted. If any other user intercepts the communication, they will only be able to view the encrypted form. This makes it impossible to be intercepted by an un-authorized party as long as your browser supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.
In order to protect you and Ross’s from fraudulent transactions, Ross’s may provide your transaction-related information to a reputable third party organization to perform address verification. This address verification is intended to ensure that the “bill to” address that you provide matches your credit card address. Ross’s also reserves the right, at its discretion, not to ship items ordered or purchased on this website to certain addresses.
Defective items will be replaced. Ross’s will not process Refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind. All Refund requests need to be made in writing to email@example.com within 7 days of purchase. In the event that Ross’s chooses not to ship an item, you will be notified by email and any amount charged to your credit card will be refunded.
- We only ship within Australia
- Delivery is via third party courier
- It is our company policy that we do not ship to Post Office box.
- All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery. Under some special circumstances, courier deliveries may be replaced by Australia Post.
- Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
- As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.
- If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
- If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply.
- Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
- Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 – 10 days for delivery.
- Shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.
