The Bianca Fixed Bath Spout Only 240mm Matte Black from Ross’s range of modern bath tapware is the kind of fitting that anchors a bathroom scheme rather than simply completing it — a matte black bath tap with the geometry and material quality to hold its place on the wall for the life of the renovation.
Matte black bath tapware absorbs everything the surface around it throws at it — light, steam, water marks — and keeps looking the same. No polishing, no buffing, no visible fingerprints between cleans. The flat non-reflective surface works particularly well in bathrooms where the tiles, stone, or concrete are doing the visual heavy lifting. Against those surfaces, the Bianca Fixed Bath Spout Only 240mm Matte Black disappears into the scheme with exactly the right amount of presence.
The square-profile body extends 240mm from the round wall rose — far enough to clear the bath rim and deliver water cleanly without wall contact. It’s passive bath tapware by design: no cartridge, no controls. Temperature and flow are handled entirely by your chosen wall-mounted mixer or wall-top assembly, leaving the spout body clean and uninterrupted. The 1/2 BSP female push fit inlet connects to standard configurations without adapters, rated between 150 and 500kpa across 1°C to 75°C.
Cast lead-free DZR brass handles Australian water chemistry over the long term. The finish coordinates with black tapware in Nero Tapware’s Bianca range — basin, shower, and bath in one consistent scheme. Perth metro delivery is available on this wall-mounted bath spout. WARRANTY SHALL BE VOIDED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
Inability to provide proof of purchase or equivalent documentation
Products not installed by a licensed plumber. (Excludes Bathroom accessories – towel rails, shelves etc.)
Products not installed to relevant National Standards and State Regulations.
Products not installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation instructions
Tapware exposed to water pressures and or temperatures that exceed stated limitations as per the product installation instructions. Note: AS/NZS 3500, 1-2003 (clause 3.3.4) specifies 500KPA maximum water supply pressure at any outlet within a building for new installations.
Fitting of other devices to the outlet of tapware. E.g. Water filters
Fitting of Nero Taps non-approved in tap body or end of line water flow regulating devices
Products used for incorrect applications, non-potable water etc.
Damage as a result of obstructions due to inadequate flushing of system before use.
Service, repairs or non-standard replacement parts previously undertaken without NERO Taps written approval.
Damage to finishes by adhesives, sealant etc.
Damage to finishes that arise from installation or post-installation use
Failure to observe manufacturer’s care and cleaning instructions
Improper or abusive use of product, and/or damage resulting from misuse, accident or neglect

WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Nero tapware warranty covers the repair or, at its option, replace any goods which are defective through faulty workmanship or materials, free of charge and labour, within the first 1 years of the warranty.
The warranty period commences from the date of purchase or, for new buildings, the date of handover. To make a warranty claim, proof of purchase, handover documentation for new homes or equivalent documentation must be supplied for warranty claims to be considered. All claims are to be lodged at the point of purchase, whereby Sussex Taps After Sales Service Department will then be notified.
Nero tapware will not be liable for any subsequent claims of labour, additional products or parts associated with the alleged faulty product for work not approved in advance in writing by Nero tapware.
Should any warranty claim be made and service attended to by a Nero tapware authorized Service Agent whereby the installation has been assessed as an installation fault and not a product fault, or from some other cause other than a manufacturing defect, Nero tapware reserves the right to charge a service fee for attending and/or any work carried out.
Nero tapware require adequate access to products, fittings and fixtures to undertake warranty repairs. Nero tapware will not be responsible for any consequential damage or costs where adequate access to product fittings and fixtures is not provided.

TAPWARE AND ACCESSORIES CARE AND CLEANING INSTRUCTION
Under no circumstances should you install tapware using acetone silicones.
Never use harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners, as these will scratch the surface.
To clean, use a soft cloth with warm soapy water to maintain the finish in perfect condition for a lifetime of use.
Use of wax-based furniture cream should be avoided as this can result in a build-up of deposits, which could detract from the appearance.
Gold and Rose Gold plated products should always be cleaned with care using a soft dry cloth or a soft cloth with warm soapy water.

Nero tapware obligations under warranty are limited to the repair or, at Nero option, replacement of any products which are defective through faulty workmanship or materials. To the extent permitted by law, Nero tapware will not be liable for any loss to furniture, floor coverings, walls, fixtures or any consequential loss of any kind caused by any defect in the product components.
