Leo SPC Scotia

Description

Hybrid floors are laid to float, not to be fixed down. The boards need a gap at every wall so they can move a few millimetres as the weather shifts, and without it a floor will lift or buckle. That gap has to be left, and then it has to be covered. The Leo SPC Scotia does the covering, and it sits in Ross’s range of hybrid flooring for that job.

Waterproof through the profile, it wipes clean, stands up to pets and children, and carries anti-termite, anti-slip and anti-static properties. Tolerances are held tight so lengths meet cleanly at the joins.

Our guide to laying hybrid flooring on concrete sets out the expansion gap the scotia needs to cover, along with how to cut and glue it.

The decor is a golden honey oak, warm amber with a soft satin grain. Leo SPC Scotia takes its colour straight from Leo SPC Hybrid Flooring, and with a 10-year warranty behind it, this hybrid flooring scotia is an easy addition when you are buying hybrid flooring in Perth.

Please note: due to the manufacturing process for hybrid flooring and scotia, colour variances may occur. Actual product colours may also vary from the images shown on our website.
