1. The first thing you need to do is turn off your water supply at the mains. Once you are sure that the water is off, turn on the taps to clear residual water from the pipes.
2. Take a wrench and undo the nut that connects the hot and cold hoses to the water supply. Then, undo the nut that holds the old tapware in place.
3. Place your new tap into the place of the old tap and fix it into position. Then, reconnect the hot and cold hoses to the water supply.
4. Turn the water supply back on at the mains and test the tap for leaks.
